I had a Samsung galaxy grand prime and I had purchased premium, I have recently upgraded to an S5 and the premium didnt transfer to this phone but I am still getting charged on my other what do I do?

It sounds ike you have logged in with different credentials. Do you have any email receipts from Spotify for your premium subscription? If so, they will show the user name you should be logging in with. If it's a 12 digit number then your account is linked to facebook and you should be using the log in with facebook option.
