I'm using the Huawei p9 lite. And (it seems like) since the last update (where the animation for the options were added) I can't use any of them. That sucks because I can't share or add songs to playlists and so on and so on. I already restarted my phone. Nothing! Maybe just a bug. But maybe a systems error. Team of spotify: please fixe this problem. Cause I already said: That sucks!

Are you using a display brightness or filter application such as lux or twilight? If so you can add an exception for the Spotify app in their settings.

Also SU (if you are rooted) can block the pressing of this popup menu
