Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way, you can start afresh with Spotify on your device.

Hello Ivan, 

I already have done a clean reinstall, because the downloaded songs keeps downloading and the app hangs up (songs doesn't play, can't pause, can't switch to the next song). But the problem with the hidden songs remains after a time (about a week).

It'd also be a good idea to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.

I'm having the same problem. It happens on freshly installed applications, both Android and Windows 10. Also I can only see the option to hide a song on Android device, I can't find it

on Windows, which I find strange.
