Hidden or non-indexed tracks or albums

Hi, I've just come across something odd that I haven't seen before. I read an article about a band called The Scene Is Now, and in particular an album of theirs called 'Tonight We Ride'. At the end of the piece there was an embed of the album from Spotify, so I opened the app and searched for the band. I found their page but oddly there was no sign of this album. I then did a search for 'Tonight We Ride', which delivered a number of matching results, but none by this band. Puzzled by this, I then went back to the article, clicked play on the embeded link, and selected the option to open and play in the app, and lo and behold the album appears! Both the band name and album title are correctly spelled so that would not account for their omission from the search result, and the fact that I was able to play it in it's entirety means that it was not hidden due to regional licencing issues. Has anyone else come across anything similar?
