My Question or Issue

On the Android app, I can 'hide songs' from other peoples' playlists. This is a really great feature, it makes listening to someone else's playlist so much better if you can hide the terrible songs they might have included. However, when playing via Chromecast from the Android app, it plays the hidden songs from these playlists nevertheless, which is very annoying :(.

Is there any way around this? Or is it a bug that needs to be fixed?

Thanks for the posts.

The hide song feature is not synced across devices, this includes playing music over Chromecast or Spotify Connect. 

There is no way to hide songs in other users' playlists if you're playing music on another device, this works only on Mobile.

Hi,
it is not the problem that I am having. When I hide a song on playist on my ipad, and when I listen to the playlist on the same device, it just ignores it.
