Hopefully someone can help me out - I just updated the spotify app on my Galaxy S3 today after completing the initial install a month or so ago. Once I updated I noticed a very high pitched noise which would come through when playing songs - this seems to be happening randomly but very frequently (many times per minute), and it does it on all playback mediums (internal speaker, headphones, bluetooth). It happens while streaming and while playing cached songs of all sound qualities.
I have cleared the app cache, reinstalled, restarted the phone and re-downloaded songs - It only does this on the android app, my desktop client still functions correctly.
All suggestions are appreciated - the android app was where I got most of my spotify usage, so if I cant use that then I dont really have a use for the service 😞
