How come the same music is not available for all spotify premium accounts?

I have a situation on my spotify account not all albums from AFI and breaking Benjamin are available yet my friends and family does have those albums available, what's going on? I hope you guys have an answer, thanks!

Hello, some artists have certain albums and songs within certain countries, if you are all within the same country then you should all be accessing the same content from your favourite artists. Try redownloading Spotify to see if this fixes the problem.

I just did and unfortunately it didn't work, it sucks, I'm going to try and open a new account and see if that works.
