How do I make sure I'm playing my downloaded playlist even when I have data turned on?

Solved!

How do I make sure I'm playing my downloaded playlist even when I have data turned on?

I have data on my phone turned on for other uses, but I want to play my downloaded playlist.  How can I make sure Spotify isn't using data even when it is available? Thanks.

Hello @username505

In the Spotify app, click on your library on the very bottom row.

After this click the settings button in the top right corner.

Then under the frist tab (Playback), click offline mode.

This will assure you theat you will only be able to play music that you have downloaded and it will not use any of your data.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

Was searching for the same topic, but this does not satisfy me.

There was a button in th elibrary before with "downloaded"

That was the perfect solution, as now if I turn to "offline" it is always offline.

So when playing in the car I only want to have the downloaded files.

Did you know where the " dowloaded button" went to?
