How do I properly delete songs from the Android app?

Because when you 'undownload' songs, they still take up memory.

Have you tried closing the app and its process?

Also try restarting your phone.

Songs aren't deleted instantly in case someone accidentally makes a playlist not available offline so they can reactivate it without redownloading all songs.
