it's usually as simple as signing in with your premium account on a different device.

if it regards playing on two devices simultaneously, i'm afraid that's not possible.

if it is the latter, you can save playlists offline though. once a device is in offline mode, it won't pick up the other device and so you can listen to more than one device at the same time.
