I Cant Change my profile picture

When i try to change my profile picture it loads up a bit then stops and says "we coudlnt do it want to try again?" Nothing wrong with my internet or storage and its a picture of myself not explicit or some other people etc.

Thanks for reaching out. 

Consider trying this on different devices, browsers and networks. If the same photo is causing issues across all of them, then perhaps the file is not compatible. Double check the extension and dimensions of it and make sure it is within limits. A workaround you can use if you want to use that photo is to screenshot it and then use the screenshot instead. Those are always saved as files that Spotify can use.
