I Cant hear "TKKG" or "Die drei ???"

My Question or Issue

I Cant hear "TKKG" or "Die drei ???". Everytime i Swatch for those Albums the Whole App cant be used anymore. I deleted the Cache and reinstalled the App. Nothing works. In my country the Albums should Work.

We'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If that doesn't help, you ca try with another device. That way we can check if it's a device-related issue. 

it's also a good idea to try with another account on the same device. Are there any changes?
