I Upgraded my providers service (Rogers/Canada) from 'Legacy' to 'Ignite' a

and ever since I am not able to play through my speakers for approximately 3 months which is the only source I use. I just spent over an hour on the phone w/Rogers tech...still nothing. I've uninstalled, reinstalled the app,. Powered off & on the phone the amp etc. This is very frustrating. I don't want to cancel my spotify account but I'm paying every month & can't use it. I've tried everything & all I get is the phone & computer icons but not the speakers. The speaker icon was always there before I upgraded. It seems to be a pairing problem but I can't solve it.

Sorry for the late reply here and welcome to the Community! 

 

Could you give us a bit more information about the speakers you're using to connect to Spotify? Is it a Connect-enabled speaker and have you tried using a bluetooth connection if the speakers allow it?

 

It's also a good idea to check your internet connection if you're using Connect to play music as it does sound like it's possible that this is causing the issue. Take a look here for more info on how to troubleshoot this.
