I access my Spotify account on my tablet. I can't access playlist saved

Spotify is offline on my tablet, how do I change this status

Hey there @Browneye,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In order to activate or deactivate the Offline mode on a tablet, you can follow these steps:

  1. Swipe left or tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy.
  3. Tap Playback.
  4. Switch Offline on/off.

Now, we'd like to check, did you activate this mode or is the app showing you it is offline, but you're connected to the internet? It'd be awesome if you could send us more details about exactly what is happening on your side.

 

If you're having issues when using the app, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on your tablet. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.

 

If the above doesn't do the trick, does this happen over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? You can create, if possible, a hotspot on a phone. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
