I can not delete my subscription to a list

Hola, desde hace mucho tiempo estoy intentando dejar de seguir la lista  http://open.spotify.com/user/josemanuelp10/top/tracks pero es imposible!! siempre vuelve a aparecer, una y otra vez.
Esto me sucede tanto en la versión PC como en Android e Ipad. En webplayer es todo ok.
