I can't change the Volume

In every other music app my volume buttons are working. factory reset doesnt change the problem. i have the samsung galaxy note 3 n9005 running on android 6.0.1

You could check the permissions enabled for the spotify app? 

Seems strange it would only not work on the Spotify app, because ususally a problem like that would be a phone problem.

Same problem, and same phone.

The volume has two options:
- Muted
- 100% loud.

Also, when i play an song for the first time after opening the app. I hear it at the right volume for like half an second. Then it changes to 100% loudness.

That's exactly the problem I have, I'm glad I'm not the only one

Further details:

- It only affects the Spotify app. Another apps are not having this problem, or other volume related problems.

- Changing the Equalizer settings are not helping. None of them.

- The Spotify app has all permissions granted. Since recent android versions ask for individual permissions, i accepted all manual via the android settings menu.

Please let us know what information you need more to maybe help solving this issue for us. Using the Spotify app is not an option for me like this way..
