I can't download any music

Hey ! 5 days ago I could download and play offline any playlists. But now I can't download any music. By the way in options , dont have storage space option. Help me !

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.

• Reinstall the app with the steps here.

• Save your offline tracks again.

Have the same problem, i've log myself out and reinstall the spotify app.. but still no option where to storage.... please help spotify

Could you let us know the device, operating system, Spotify and Android version you're running? Also, does the SD card have at least 1GB of free space?

Already find out, sd card was broken... so my Phone dit not find the card
sorry for it...
