I can't download my playlist but I can download podcasts

Hello, I got Spotify premium on my phone last month and I can't really download anything expect for podcasts, can someone please help me with this issue?

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Would you mind sharing some more details? Do you not see the arrow button in the playlists that you can click on in order to download them or is it something else that happens?

 

If it works to download podcasts on your phone in the same Spotify account, but not playlists, make sure to clear the cache as it can sometimes cause different performance issues, as well as that you're using the newest app version

 

We know it sounds a bit odd, but we also recommend logging out > back in twice in a row to resync the account and device.
