I can´t download

Hello. I have to add Spotify again and now I can`t download my playlist anymore? I am premium customer and I use anroid phone (Samsung). I want to listen my playlist offline mode also because there are many places where my Internet connection doesn´t work. Can you help me?

What happens when you swtch the playlist to offline on the android? Do you get an error message?

When I push the download, nothing happpens! No error code or anything. If I try to push that offline thing (green and white ball) nothing happens eather. I don´t know what to do.

Can you try downloading a track over mobile data? Crete a playlist with one track, switch off wifi then long touch the playlist and select download. Does that work?

• Android version (android settings/device/about)
• Spotify version (spotify settings page at the bottom)
• Free internal storage
• Free external storage (if applicable)
