I can't follow people I blocked before and there's no unblock option.

I tried to follow certain people but realised they were people I blocked in the past? But there is no block/unblock option there anymore. Can you help please?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The option to unblock a blocked user should be available. So we'd need to do some troubleshooting. Could you start with a clean reinstall of the app as described here? 

If that doesn't work, could you send us a screenshot of how this account (the one on the former screenshot) looks like through a different account, that did not block the user?

How does it look if you login on another device with your original account?

Hi Dian,

So sorry for the late reply, I followed your instructions and it didn't seem to work until I did the same for the laptop, on the laptop I was able to unblock. Sorry for wasting your time, literally shaking my head.
