I can't login with my account, spotify say "tell us were you are in spotify.com" but don't know to contact you from your site just to informe you about it. Please can you help me?

I can't make a screenshot because spotify say "unable to capture screenshot. Prevented by security policy"

That has nothing to do with spotify, it's a system message. What device and android version are you using? If it's a Samsung, are you running Knox?
