My Question or Issue

 

 Hi, I'm upset that I cant look at, for example, the Docs from RapCaviar even if I bought premium. I cant even look at Fuel to the Fire by Migos or many others cool vids on Spotify. I know it's something to do with the country where I live, but I thought if I bought premium I got access 😞

What can I do?

Could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please do hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

 

In the meantime, try a quick reinstall of the app following these steps.

Thanks for the screenshot. 

 

Could you try to see if it works on another internet connection? If that doesn’t help, try a quick reinstall of the app following these steps to see if that helps at all.

 

If you’re behind a VPN, this could cause the video not to play, because the IP may be from a different country.

I reinstalled it for nothing ... I dont use any VPNs and it's not from the network like all wifis to which I connect or mobile data is the same. And it's not fair cause I even paid...

I'd like to contact a Spotify employee or idk a email directly to a Spotify help center

...

I understand your frustration but sadly, some content isn't available in a country because of copyright, but we'll pass your feedback on to the right team.
