I can't play any songs on my mobile but on computer i can

It says that i don't have any songs in my playlist but on computer i can see them all

Hi @Mino69!

 

Could you try the following:

  1. Open Spotify on your phone, go to Settings and turn on Offline Mode.
  2. Exit the app and Force Stop it from your phone's settings (should be under Settings > Apps > Spotify > Force Stop).
  3. Start the app again, turn off Offline Mode and restart Spotify one more time.

Hey @Mino69 

That is quite odd.

Let's go over some steps on your phone to see if we can't figure it out.

  • Try cleaning the app cache
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Log out of your account and back in
  • Restart your device

I hope those will help but if not, I'll be awaiting your response to figure out the way forward.

I tried everything but still it doesn't work. It's probably because of my device mabey a changed something in settings but on my tablet it works 

 

So yes, it's probably problems with the phone.

Before I take this higher, can you confirm you weren't using a VPN.

Also, you could try on a different mobile phone.

Check if you have enough storage space

And get a screenshot of the display you get when you open the app.

I tried it on a different phone and it worked, I wasn't using a VPN, I do have enough space and if I try to play a song nothing happens (on my phone)
