I can't play anything in Spotify

I can't play anything in Spotify

An ad of 30 secs started playing between my songs. Even after the 30 secs timer passed, the ad kept on playing indefinitely and without any sound. I can't play anything else due to this

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? 

 

It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be interfering with app's performance. 

 

In case the issue persists, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?
