I can't play my songs normally

I've recently purchased an android device and installed Spotify on it. When I go to play my playlist, I can only play in shuffle mode, and it works like a suggestion mode because I can't rewind my song, can only go forward, and have the options to like or dislike a song. I want to be able to play my music normally.

It seems that you are on the Free tier which let's you play music but you are tied to a shuffle mode, you can't download songs for offline listening. For more about the free tier please read this FAQ.
