I can't turn the Smart shuffle off

The smart shuffle icon doesn't do its job. When I click this icon, nothing happens whatsoever. Video attached.

I think you can turn off Smart Shuffle in the Now Playing view. Have you tried it there?

I don't use Spotify mobile, but I found this image in the Community.

Can you try pressing the shuffle icon on this screen?

It's currently not possible to disable Smart Shuffle permanently, however, if you feel strongly about this, we'd suggest voting for this idea.
