I cannot get into my account!

I do not remember my password for my wisconsinlove account, it has 17 playlists, and is a premium account and the account I want connected to fb. I have tried everything, so I created a new accounto with a different email but I want my playlists or to be able.to access my old account!

I had to make a new account which is connected to fb, I cannot get into my old account linked to charter@unitedvaccines.com. I have tried to reset...everything. I just want either my old account fixed or the 17 playlists moved to the cassidy.harter@med.navy.miles account. Also, I almost a premium member and it does not show that.
