I cant download spotify

Hello community!

I bought a cellphone in Colombia, with a Colombian data provider.

Everyone use spotify, but I cannot download the app on my cellphone.

Any help to fix this?

Yes. I live in Colombia since December 2015.

Does it happen with Spotify only? Have you tried downloading other apps?

It might be something to do with your Google Play account (if it is from another country).

Actually I changed the configuration from Google play, include my credit
card from Colombia and also modify my location.

That's the first time I hear something like this as well. I really can't figure out the reason.

I suggest you restart your phone and try again. If it does not work, you should get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

Hmm......unless Spotify has withdrawn from the Colombian market, this sounds very much like a problem with Google Play.

@Bigxavy try following the steps here to make sure your account is set correctly on Play.
