Hey there, thanks for asking in the Community! 🎵

 

Can you log into Spotify.com? If so, try logging in there and heading over to your account overview page. A direct link can be found here.

 

Then click edit profile and update your email address if it is not already there. Reset your password on the same account overview page or by clicking here.

 

After the above steps try to log into the mobile apps using your email address instead and see if that works.
