I don't know how to play songs motorola device

Good afternoon, excuse me, I have a problem with Spotify not playing any song, I already tried with 4G network and with wi-fi the minute counter does not advance, everything is muted, I already tried to reinstall the application, I tried with another account and the problem persists.

As a first step, we recommend logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This is different than a quick reinstall and can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

 

If the issue persists, make sure that there aren't any battery optimization or data saver options enabled for Spotify.

 

We'd also like to know the operative system version of your device and the Spotify version you're running so we can further look into this.
