I dont have primium but keep getting charged

I dont have primium but keep getting charged

I had premium, then got rid of it and still 5 months later being charged.

I don't have a 2nd account so it's not a fee from that

I don't get a bill sent to my email about the charges.

I need help

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
