My Question or Issue

I would be listening and I get an option to reject watching an add and I get the add anyway, but with 6 more, very long ones. And when I do accept them, they are still taking up to much time. This is so often, I get an add during my 30min free session, it's all crazy.

  • Operating system version:
  • Exact Spotify app version:

  • Is it a visual or audio ad?

  • Names of the ads:

  • Rough time/date you heard the adverts:

Once we have that, we'll make sure to pass it on to the right team.

Same here. Every moderator should have both, a premium account and a free account. That way you know what customers are talking about instead of giving generic answers that do not solve anything. Yes customers. Some people pay with money others with time. You know this. It's insulting when they lie to your face about 30min of "uninterrupted" music. And if you don't have a real answer just say that we should suck it up, because they are not going to fix this. There is people complaining about this since 2015
