I got charge for nothing

I got charge for nothing

After I finish the registration as premium member. The page doesn't send me any notification. 

I think, my premium doesn't active yet, because I can't play music without shuffle it. But, after one month I get charge on my credit card. I pay for nothing. Please help me to unsucribe premium. Because my account status is not premium

Sounds to me like you created a secound account by accident and you are paying premium on different one.

Hello, there are few things you can try:

    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

Hi. Thanks for your respon, I done the step you told me before and I can't
see my subcription status as premium. When I try to login from fb account (
because as you said, I have 10 digit number in my receipt.
Can you please help me out here. The problem is I am forget my first
premium account id
