I have problems with the download of songs/albums since i switched from a Galaxy S6 to a Huawei P8.

Since i switched from the galaxy s6 to the huawei p8 it Tages morgen thanks an hour to download an album instead of seconds with the galaxy s6.

Can anybody help ?

I sometimes get slow downloads too but generally it's pretty fast so I just thought this was down to occasional server issues. Is it slow for you all the time and over both wifi and mobile data?

I am sad to say that these problems are all the time ,  not just sometimes

No, mobile is faster that WLAN . But with my old samsung nearly six weeks ago wlan and mobile download was the same speed. and i change nothing in Relation to the wlan .  So i think the Problem is the Huawei

Hmmm...before we pin the blame on your phone, could you try a speedtest from your mobile to see if the problem is with your wifi connection or just with spotify? Are you able to try downloading music over a different wifi?
