I have the Galaxy S9 and Spotify keeps disappearing from the notifications bar

I've tried going into the settings and I've checked every box regarding notifications, **bleep**, ive checked every box period. But Spotify keeps disappearing from the notifications bar after a while and I have to close Spotify and open it back up again, please someone help

Have you tried turning waze-navigation off in the spotify settings?
