I have to download ALL my songs everytime

Hello,
Everytime that I save a song and download it, Spotify starts downloading all my songs again. I mean, songs that was already downloaded, and Spotify downloads them as if they were songs that I just saved, but they are not! Could anybody help me?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, we think that the cache of your devices might be duplicated and this could be causing the issue. To fix this up, please remove all your offline devices over here. Then, reinstall the app following these simple steps. 

This should fix the issue, but you need to remove the offline device before you reinstall the app. Keep in mind that you'll have to re-sync all your offline music once again.

Hi,

I have the same problem since yesterday and can not use my account when I am offline even though I am a premium Spotify asks for internet connection. It is very annoying to be honest.

Do I need to follow the same procedure? 
I open my account only at work(web player) at home desktop and on my andorid phone.

I hope you can fix this issue otherwise gonna close my account.
