I'm paying for premium but its playing commercials. I changed phones recently. I've been a member for a couple years. I cant find my account

I have been paying $9.99 for several years but it always plays ads… please advise what I need to do to correct. In my profile it shows I’m paying for premium service…thank you in advance for your help

Every single podcast I play has ads that aren't from the podcasters. I'm paying specifically to NOT get ads.

Just to clarify, Podcasts usually include some advertising. This has been the case since the early days of podcasts, and continues to be true today, including on Spotify. Therefore, even as a Premium user, you may receive advertising or sponsored messages when playing a podcast. 

Note that as a Premium user, you still enjoy an ad-free music listening experience.

On another note, we suggest that you check other emails you might have used with Spotify in order to find your Premium account (user who created the post). 

If you're still having issues, we recommend that you get in contact with customer support here. The right folks will check this further with you.
