I need to delete all offline devices from my account.

I need to delete all offline devices from my account.

I have new devices I need to add offline, I need to delete all off line devices.

Thanks for sharing your need with the Community!

 

If you're not being logged on a device for a more than 30 days, usually the offline data for it gets automatically deleted by our systems. You can also try delete the data manually, following the instructions here.

 

If you're not able to achieve what you need, then please feel free to contact our Support team, as they can verify things for you and help out with actions on your personal account.
