我在lg g pro 2使用spotify,充值了預付卡,但在程式內仍不能使用premium功能,my spotify id : kennethfyleung.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Premium usually activates on accounts instantly.

 

There is currently a temporary problem with the server that is responsible for activating premium. Spotify is working on a fix.

 

Keep looking back on this forum for more information. This problem is being investigated and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I have paid for Premium as well. have attempted logging off & back on. still not working. Tells me I need to upgrade. When I go into upgrade, tells me I have....

I tried logging out and logging in for many times:(

I use ios device and android device to log in,but it still show me I'm not a premium user

U mean the account or the application??

My account tels me i've upgraded. Funds taken from bank.... When I goto fixplaylists for offline, my account is still on free & wont let me....tried PC, Phone & Tablet...

I had a gift card and my upgrade was successful on the Web, but on mobile app I'm still a free account..Please help!

How long will it take to finish this job?

All ue respect Matt, but we've been waiting a fair while. A fix is not completed until all is well. It's still not working, therefore a fix has not been completeed. I made my payment 12hrs ago & am looking to go away for the weekend & am leaving in 15 minutes.... Have I wasted my money????

I'm not sure, but there was recently a problem with the account server, and a fix is rolling out.

 

Please keep trying, it should be fixed by the end of the day hopefully.

 

Post back if you still have problems later today.

 

The servers are being monitored to make sure the problem gets fixed.

I am still having problems with it not showing my upgrade on the app.

The fix is still rolling out, so you should have your premium sometime today.

 

Please post back later today if you are still having problems.

Are you on WIFI when you try this? I have the same problem but only when I am on my data plan, when I go back on wifi it shows me as premium.
