It's took the money out of my account but didn't update spotify

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

First we'd like you to make sure you're logged in on the right account in the app. Could you head up to this page and look for a payment receipt for the mentioned payment? If you find a recent receipt and the email on the account page doesn't match the email you see in the app, you're not logged in on the right account. Then you can check this page to find out how to logout from the wrong account and use the right email address as login.

 

If that doesn't work, you can check here how to look for a second account.
