Illegal use of my account by someone else

My account somehow has been hacked into. All of my stations and personal preferences are gone, & in their place is someone else's songs, artists, etc. How are they accessing and using my account & how do I stop them?

Welcome to the forums!

Firstly, if you are able to log into your account the first thing you will want to do is log out all devices, This can be done this way:

Then you would need to change your password. This can be done by taking a look here:
