Can someone explain me why I cannot import my own songs to the spotify anymore? I had some problems with my account and I had to create another one. When I reinstalled the app and put the new account (a premium one) the "import your music" just disappeared.

Sounds like a software bug to me!

I know it's annoying, but in your situation I follow this 3 step procedure:

1. Re-Install

2. Check for Updates

3. Restart your Device

If this doesn't work, I suggest contacting Spotify Support.

It seems he "Import" option was tesstd on a small number of android accounts. Whether it is rolled out to everyone or not, remains to be seen.
