Internet via bluetooth - no download

Internet via bluetooth - no download

Phone : Sony M4 - Android 6.
Problem:
I have Raspberry Pi which spread internet conection via bluetooth (Blueman -> Service).
Phone have connection to Internet and I can listen music.
But when I want to download music to my library Spotyfy says "To download, using mobile transfer, go to settings"*.
I do and I allow to use mobile transfer but still nothing happened.

*In polish it is "aby pobrać, korzystając z sieci komórkowej, przejdź do ustawień".

If you go into settings there should be an option that says something along the lines of allow download using cellular data. Spotify will be taking the Bluetooth connection as a hotspot and therefore data so won't download your songs, it should work if you change this setting

It seams spotyfi doesn't take bluetooth conection as hotspot and also as cellular data.
