Is it possible that I have not gotten a Wrapped 2020 story due to innactivity?

So I have had my Spotify account since 2016 but stopped using it since 2017 altho I have not deleted it. I started using it again about a month or so ago. I have updated Spotify and everything yet I have still not recieved my Wrapped 2020 story even tho it's been claimed to have been fixed. Could the inactivity be the reason as to why I haven't gotten one?

That's the reason then. You needed to have to use it for more than a few songs before November 15th.

Did you use it before the 15th of november?
And more than a few hours?

If not, that's the reason

Well, I did log in and play a song or 2 in October and then (coincidentally) started actively using it on the 15th of November. Not sure about the hours altho I'm sure I've used it multiple hours daily.

That's the reason then. You needed to have to use it for more than a few songs before November 15th.
