My Question or Issue

There is a pretty serious problem with the player on Android cell phones, It has also happened to my sister and me with my old account, I thought it was because it was so old and I had to create another account, everything was fine with my new account until 1 month passed and today he sends me a message as if Premium had expired and I never requested it. And it does NOT allow me to listen the music I want as in the pc, only allows editing playlists and only play the entire playlist, It doesn't allow me to listen to the music I want, It also does not allow me to listen to my playlist of I like you and it is very annoying, it would be great if they fixed that, since we like the app

Hey @Mekirs,

Thanks for posting on the Community and welcome 🙂

Our free experience on mobile is different; keep in mind music on-demand is a Premium feature. From what we can see on the screenshot you kindly sent us, you've logged in on a free account. Free accounts work differently on desktop apps and web players.

You can listen to your Liked songs playlist on shuffle and take into account the app adds suggested tracks within the same album/playlist. You can read more about the free experience here.

On another note, and just to confirm, do you have a Premium account or do you always use a free account? It'd be awesome if you could clarify this detail for us. If you have a Premium account, as mentioned before, you're logged in on a free account. You can check if you have more than one account active by going to the password reset page and entering possible email addresses you own.

Remember, there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these as well to find your account.

Keep us in the loop!

Thank you for informing me of the free accounts, and my accounts have always been free, I had a previous one that was also free
