Just paid for 3months. Asking for a free trial, also music got deleted

All my music in playlist got erased. Good music and hard to find. Also it's asking me to sign up for 3 months for 99cents even though I applied for this deal a month ago... help please!!!!

It sounds like you logged in with the wrong credentials and created a new account. Do you have the email receipt from Spotify from your original subscription? It will show the username you should be using to log in (if it's a 12 digit number you should use the log in with facebook option).
