I have a kinda weird problem on my phone. I have tried to restart the phone. Delete everything, resync and now i am out of options.
All seems to work perfectly when i am online. Then when i go offline, only one of the 6 playlist i have works. The others are empty inside, even though the app says they have all been downloaded.
One of the playlist works offline.
My main playlist works offline, if I play a song on it when I turn off my wifi. And then i can play all the files. So the files are present on my phone.
But if i switch to another playlist while offline, and then try to go back to it, It will appear blank.
Help please.
Hi. Can you just check how much memory you have left on your phone from settings - internal/SD/external SD (if you use it). What version of the desktop and android client are you using?
I have 5.6 gb left, so that should be more than enough.
And I can play them offline as long as i play a song while i step away from my wifi, and dont change playlist. Cause then it emties itself.
Please follow all the steps in this troubleshooting post to see if that fixes your issue.
Tried everything. Still nothing working.
Terribly weird problem, I have never had it before.
Could you post the information requested in the troubleshooting post I sent you to, thanks 🙂
Terribly sorry, I was just so frustrated after B did not work, so I didn't see C,
Here is everything
Thanks
Description
Songs download okay, and says 100% downloaded.
But when I try to access the playlist the songs are gone.
If i play music from the list as i go away from my wifi i can still play the song I am playing, and any other song. So the files are on the phone.
One of the smaller playlists works, just that one (but one that is even smaller does not work).
What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?
Open spotify on android.
Completly download several playlists through wifi (tried with both normal and extreme quality)
Exit spotify on the phone.
Turn off wifi
Try to excess the playlist you had downloaded
No songs in list.
What I expected to happen
It said everything was completly downloaded, so I expect the program to be able to play the songs when i am offline.
