Keep getting logged out by my android

I just logged out of my account on my android because I was having trouble downloading a podcast. When I tried to log in again, it logged me in for two seconds and then automatically logged me off taking me back to the log in page. I have tried turning the phone on and off but nothing is helping. What can I do?
