Latest update no longer working

Since a couple of days ago the application has stopped working completely on my Android phone. I deleted the application and re-downloaded it as explained in the users' guide, but the latest software update seems not to be working any longer. I can open the application, but nothing works (no radio, no music search, no homepage, etc. ). I am a Premium subscriber. What should I do? Thanks!!
