Library filter by downloaded still shows all episodes

When I go to library > podcast >downloaded, and then click on a podcast, it still shows me all episodes. The filter does nothing. Extremely annoying.

It sounds like a glitch with the app's filter feature, which can be super frustrating. Cold Calling Services Vancouver might offer some advice, but it might just need an update or reinstall to fix that bug.
